I believe that Animal Collective's Merriweather Post Pavillion is the best album of 2009. Now I know its early in the year still and not everyone fucks with alternative music, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that has listened to the album on repeat a few times. It may even be their best. Fan or no fan, listen for yourself if you haven't already.
